Phase2 is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our account management team. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, including relationships with client staff not directly involved in day to day project work.  This person is a trusted advisor with our clients. This individual will help to identify and staff needed resources and expertise, develop and enhance personal relationships within specified accounts, develop a shared understanding of the client’s business and goals,  measure and define success metrics within Phase2’s project teams, and help to develop long term account engagement and enhancement strategies. Preference will be given to candidates who sit in the New York City area.
