Customers want to work with them, buy from them, and even interact with them.
As a technology, Drupal has proven itself and is now sought after, but that's only half your battle. To compete in a crowded, at times enigmatic industry, customers need to know about you! It is not enough to throw money at sales and marketing...to yield the best results, you must develop a strong, authentic brand built around what makes you unique.
