Phase2 Technology offers the perfect classroom-style training facility for your technology-focused courses. Located across the street from the Braddock Road Metro Station (one stop from Reagan National Airport) the training facility offers a great environment for instruction. Rooms are available to rent for half, full and multi-day rentals, and the facility is bright, comfortable, and convenient to the DC metro area.

Fees & Policies
- $600 fixed fee per day, per room, $450 fixed fee per half day, per room
- Total of 3 rooms available, which can be connected or separate depending on the size of the class
- Each individual room holds a maximum of 16 students, plus 1 or 2 trainers
- In combined configuration, the rooms can accommodate about 50 people comfortably seated at desks
- Room fee includes facility access and all amenities listed above, except lunch
- Full payment for room fee and lunch catering, if applicable, is due at end of the class session
- Classes can be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance of the class date without penalty
- Phase2 is not responsible for registering or collecting payments from students
- Standard class times are weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm
- If you need rooms on a Saturday or Sunday, call for special pricing
