After redeveloping ConservationFund.org for The Conservation Fund (TCF) to help fulfill their mission across the country, TCF needed a dynamic way to easily exchange ideas, share organizational information, and distribute powerful digital assets to a staff working in various regions across the United States.
Today, those same people can hop online from anywhere and access information that’s crucial to their mission and success. Phase2 was re-engaged to implement an intranet platform for TCF Connect that could match the performance of the multi-site platform we created for ConservationFund.org.
“This new system was essential to closing the geographic gap that was impacting their efforts,” Mike Morris said. “Plus, since we implemented the Drupal CMS as a multi-site platform, they can also access content for their corresponding regional sites. Again, it’s all about keeping people connected so they can more easily do their jobs.”
TCF staff members can learn about each other by reading centralized bios. Intuitive search capabilities and an authentication system enable them to easily and securely filter through content to find the documents, content, or media they need -- and without needing extensive training to understand. Plus, they can publish information easily using the integrated content management system (CMS).
