The Finpyme application is a financial analysis tool that was developed for the Inter-American Investment Corporation based on their own excellent methodology system to assess small and medium-size enterprises and help them gain access to funding. Previously, the IIC used a Microsoft Access installation, but it had become ineffective for their needs.
The diagnostic tool is a custom Java application that is powerful and has an elegant user-interface. A new company is walked through a simple process in which they enter basic company information, financial forms and spreadsheets. A scoring table assigns scores to criteria and the IIC can determine a worthy investment almost instantly.
