Phase2 Technology re-architected Achieve’s website management capabilities through the implementation of a scalable, customized open source CMS platform.
Previously burdened by an antiquated, quasi-CMS that required advanced technical expertise, the new system was implemented with the aim of satisfying short-term administrative problems such the updating of website content by non-technical staff, easy enablement of file attachments, updated features and tools, and reliable hosting. The platform also scales to accommodate longer-term initiatives such as e-commerce, customer/member relationship management system integration, and the incorporation of other tools such as discussion boards and multimedia applications.
The new CMS website platform provides Achieve staff members a secure, web-accessible platform for managing the many types of content that appear on the website.
