Phase2 Technology's Redesign of The New Republic's Website Wins Design Award
Art Directors Club of Metro Washington”s 61st Annual Show Gala, Washington, DC – June 5, 2010 – Phase2 Technology and The New Republic were honored by the Art Directors Club of Washington with the Silver Medal for Interactive Websites.
"The redesign of TNR.com was a complete group effort. The initial brain-storming for wireframes was done by nearly the entire Phase2 team,” said Laura Schoppa, Phase2 Technology's User Interface Designer.
The Annual Show recognizes the most talented designers in the DC area. This was the third year that Interactive entries were included.
"Phase2 was able to translate the classically designed print magazine into an engaging, interactive experience on the web, complete with the print edition's icons, graphic treatments, and fonts." said Schoppa.
