Joshua Lieb is a Solutions Architect at Phase2 Technology, where he brings fifteen years of web development experience in the government, publishing, and NGO sectors to bear on developing solutions for complex web applications.
Joshua started out building websites as a soup-to-nuts web developer in the San Francisco Bay Area, working largely with municipalities and other governmental clients. He has lived in Washington, DC since 2001, where he built content management systems for the World Bank Institute, the Washington City Paper, and the National Association of Attorneys General in between home renovation tasks.
He holds a B.A. degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and is a second-generation open source software developer.
