Clator Butler

Clator has been developing and maintaining web sites since 1995, boasting expertise in project management, user-centered design, interface development, community administration and audio/video production. As the Director, Client Relations, he serves as the main point of contact for all contracts and projects post-launch and works with clients to determine how to get the most of their site through analysis of web traffic and emerging technology trends.

Before joining Phase2, Clator was an independent Web consultant to the federal government and the NFL. Prior to that, Clator worked for MicroStrategy, Inc. as the Manager of Interfaces and Services for Strategy.com, and for the Newspaper Association of America, where in addition to being the association's first Webmaster, he trained and mentored New Media Minority Fellowship recipients from newspapers around the nation in how to build and maintain community web sites. Clator also worked as a consultant for Maden Tech Consulting and Olympus Group, serving local and federal government clients as well as commercial and not-for-profit agencies.

Clator holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University.
