Bill has been developing and maintaining web sites since 1997, working with a myriad of technologies.
Before joining Phase2, Bill worked at Thomson Financial and Olympus Group.
Bill holds two Bachelor of Arts in English, History and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
