Jed Prentice

Senior Software Engineer Jed Prentice brings more than 15 years of experience developing business applications to Phase2 when he works on our client projects. He is an expert in the field of object-oriented software development, and he specializes in distributed systems and web applications and the practice of agile development methodologies. He is also rapidly becoming an expert in infrastructure and scalability for Drupal web sites.

Jed has been developing exceptional applications for us in Java, Groovy, Ruby, and Python for more than six years, but prior to working for Phase2, he was a senior software developer at leading software companies including Olympus Group and PLATINUM Technology.

Plus, in addition to professional Java experience dating back to the beginning of JDK 1.1, Jed also has considerable expertise with C/C++ and several other languages and platforms.

He holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
