Alexandria, VA - June 15, 2006 - Phase2 Technology ("Phase2") and the Hirshorn Zuckerman Design Group ("HZDG") announced today that their joint team has been selected to redevelop the corporate website and create a searchable online directory for Chestnut Hill Realty ("CHR").

HZDG will lead the graphic redesign effort while Phase2 will provide the custom development and system integration expertise necessary to complete this implementation. Upon completion of the project, the new website will have a more interactive design and be managed by a content management system. A searchable properties directory will be developed by Phase2 that will enable site visitors to search CHR-specific properties or to extend that search to include MLS properties that fit the user-defined criteria. Interactive features for each property may include a photo gallery, interactive room planner, corresponding downloadble brochure, and an integrated mapping component.
