Alexandria, VA - March 16, 2006 - Today, Phase2 Technology ("Phase2") announced that the company has been chosen to redevelop Achieve, Inc.'s national website. Phase2 will implement its Managed Website Platform solution for Achieve.org, which includes a content management system ("CMS"), graphic redesign, web traffic analysis, and hosting.

By selecting Phase2 for this project, Achieve intends to launch a new website with an enhanced appearance, more intuitive site navigation, and scalable architecture. To meet the goals set forth by Achieve for website management, Phase2 will implement a CMS to better organize content and allow system administrators to make updates as necessary. An e-newsletter subscription and distribution mechanism will be integrated with the site as well.
