Pew Forum Selects Phase2 Technology to Develop CRM Solution

Alexandria, VA - December 5, 2005 - Today, the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life ("Pew Forum") announced that it has selected Phase2 Technology ("Phase2") to implement a new constituent relationship management ("CRM") system for the non-profit organization. The new, web-accessible CRM will replace Pew Forum's existing system for managing and reporting upon individual and organizational data.

The CRM solution will allow Pew Forum staff to manage a considerable range of information including individual contacts and their corresponding organizations, groups, interest areas, reporting groups, and event lists via the CRM. Additional capabilities include functionality to query, import, and export subsets of the data as needed.
