Web Project Managers

Phase2 Technology is seeking a motivated project manager to lead web development and consulting projects. Project Manager will manage schedule, scope, budget, quality, requirements, and rollout activities. Must have project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Must be organized, motivated, and detail oriented. Familiarity with software development projects and methodologies is required. Must have strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills and be organized and self disciplined. Technical experience is a plus. Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

What you could do for us

• Plan, execute, track, ensure quality, and generally rock your assigned projects!
• Manage deliverables and artifacts throughout the entire software development lifecycle
• Manage talented teams focused on the delivery of the right solution for the client
• Administer methodology, processes, tools, and artifacts to support an iterative software development lifecycle, but not let those things overburden you or the project
• Be honest with clients and ensure satisfaction by managing expectations on schedule and budget
• Keep your projects on track by developing and updating schedules and budgets
• Using company tools, keep your clients and project teams in the loop at all times
• Make sure you know what the end goal is and communicate that to everyone involved
• Make sure your project team knows it is okay to tell you when things aren’t going well in the trenches
• Manage the development of requirements, information architecture, delivery plans, and
• Ensure day-to-day honest communication amongst clients, partners and vendors
• Ensure the environment, materials, and resources you need are in place for the success of the project
• Know what the risks are and figure out a way to avoid them, or at least make sure they don’t burn you
• Do other stuff like preparing Statements of Work and Contracts for clients (yeah, sometimes that stuff is kind of boring, we know)

• Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Must posses at least 2 years of management experience
• Must possess at least 3+ years of IT project team experience
• Requires an understanding of basic Internet technologies
• Requires an understanding of project management techniques and tools
• Must have experience with managing client relationships
• Must be organized, motivated, and detail oriented
• Requires the proven ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills with team members and clients
• Requires discipline to keep estimates, documentation, and timekeeping up to date
• Must possess an interest in learning new technologies, techniques, and practices
• Must possess a willingness and positive attitude to help customers find workable solutions

Your qualifications need to be
